Nakheel and Dubai Holding Communities publish JVT as its own residential community — not Jumeirah Village Circle. They describe villas and townhouses in Arabian and Mediterranean styles, plus schools and third-party residential developments, between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
